Coaching Services Agreement

2-Session Coaching Package

This Coaching Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Fiscal Fitness Phoenix Inc., doing business as Financial Coach Academy and SpendFirst (“Coach”) and the individual who books and pays for the sessions (“Client”). By booking and paying for the 2-Session Coaching Package, Client agrees to the terms below.

1. Services

Coach will provide two (2) individual coaching sessions focused on business coaching, financial coaching, or both, based on Client’s selection and needs. Coaching is a collaborative conversation intended to support Client’s own thinking and decisions. It is not a guarantee of any particular result.

2. Fee and Payment

The fee is $597 for the two-session package, payable in full at the time of booking.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. The fee is non-refundable once payment is made, including if Client does not schedule or attend both sessions.

4. Scheduling

Client is responsible for scheduling both sessions. Session 2 must be completed within three (3) weeks of Session 1. Sessions not completed within that window may be forfeited without refund. Reasonable rescheduling is accommodated when Client provides advance notice.

5. Recording

Sessions are recorded by default so Client can revisit the conversation and so Coach can keep accurate records. Client may request that any session not be recorded, and Coach will honor that request. Client may request a copy of a recording at any time while it is retained. Recordings are deleted six (6) months after the session date.

6. Privacy and Use of Information

Coach collects and uses Client’s personal information and session content only to deliver and support the services described in this Agreement. Coach does not sell Client’s personal information and does not share it with third parties except service providers used to run the business, or where required by law. Information is retained only as long as needed for these purposes, and recordings follow the six-month schedule in Section 5.

By agreeing, Client gives written permission for Coach to collect, store, and use their information as described here and in Coach’s full Privacy Policy, available at https://spendfirst.com/privacy-policy.

7. Waiver and Release

Coaching is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or mental health advice. Coach is not acting as Client’s financial advisor, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary. Client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases Coach and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the coaching or Client’s use of it. Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind or any guarantee of specific outcomes.
